Welcome to We Are Freshers, your only OFFICIAL Bournemouth University Freshers programme brought to you by your Students' Union.
We advise you not to purchase any tickets for any events at present as we feel it is irresponsible for any event organisers to be selling them not knowing when restrictions will be lifted by the Government. Official BU events will not go on sale until we know when restrictions will be lifted.
You will of course be informed! Ensure you sign up online, and join our Facebook Group for all official updates.
WHAT IS ‘SUBU’?
SUBU is your Students’ Union, you are automatically a member when you enrol as a student at BU (you will do this online before you get to BU, (take care to “opt-in to SUBU” ! We are a registered charity and all the profits from any commercial activities go back into funding a huge variety of student activities and projects, clubs & societies and the helpful Advice Service, all of which make your time at BU even better. What’s more all our part-time staff are students and we endeavour to be ethical and environmental in what we do, so you can feel good about spending in your SUBU outlets.
Follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat to stay up to date with all of our news!
